Our terms govern every interaction you have with r15m — from the moment you submit your registration details through to withdrawals processed via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. These conditions apply to account creation, wallet activity, session data, and any communication we send you. We update this

document when regulatory or operational requirements change, and the version date shown at the foot of this page is always the current one. If you continue using the platform after a revision, that counts as acceptance of the updated terms. Where a conflict arises between a

promotional condition and these core terms, the core terms take precedence. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where permitted in your region of India.

These terms apply to every account holder who accesses r15m where local law in India permits. By completing registration and using the platform — including making deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — you agree to be bound by them in full.

Yes. Submit a written data-access request through the Privacy section of Account Settings or via the support email. We verify your identity, then send a structured copy of your data within 30 days of confirmation.

Use the deletion-request form in Account Settings under Privacy. Note that some data — such as transaction records tied to UPI or PhonePe payments — must be retained for the legally required period before deletion can be completed.

We publish the revision date at the foot of this page and may notify active account holders by email. Continuing to use r15m after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you should close your account before the effective date.

We share data only with payment processors — such as those handling UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions — and with regulatory or legal bodies when required by law. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or unrelated commercial entities.

Raise a dispute first through our support channels. If the matter is not resolved internally, the terms specify the applicable governing law and jurisdiction. Details are set out in the dispute-resolution clause at the foot of the full terms document.

Open the Cookie Settings panel linked in the footer of any r15m page. Deselect analytics cookies and save your preference. The change takes effect immediately; strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they keep your account session functional.
